The Respect for the environment is of paramount importance in our company policy. The farmhouse has been renovated enhancing rural architecture and respecting the environment. The facility is equipped with photovoltaic systems for the production of electricity and hot water and a waste recycling program. Within our garden an area is dedicated to the production of vegetables that we serve in the dining room, combined with the unique flavors of genuine products at 0 km. Our specialty is fresh homemade pasta that we prepare following the rules of typical local cuisine. Our goals are to enhance the production of the territory recovering the bond with our peasant origins, highlighting tastes and flavors, culinary traditions and local products. The Farm Zagare the Vendicari is the ideal place for those who are tired of the everyday stress and noise of the city, and want to enjoy a full immersion in nature.

Ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente bene in questa struttura; il gestore Giuseppe e la moglie sono persone fantastiche e sempre disponibili. I locali sono pulitissimi e la posizione invidiabile.
