In the quiet of a lush citrus orchard, the residence, because of its position near the sea, affords an extraordinary and wonderful overview between the green of the garden and the deep blue of the sky and sea.
The residence is situated in Santa Flavia between Palermo (16 Km) and Cefalù, in a charming stretch of the northern coast of Sicily.
It’s provided with new and bright three rooms (55/65 mq) displayed as amphitheatre in front of the sea, surrounded by a luxuriant private lemon-orchard 10 thousand meters wide, full of lemons, orange trees, flowers and others Mediterranean plants.
The little town of S. Flavia is at less of 1 Km and you will find shops and entertainments of every kind and for every requirement (open-air cinema, pizzerie and restaurants, sandwich-bar, crêperies and discos).
The apartments, extremely breezy and airy, are all equipped and furnished with care and custom made. They, endowed with a large living/dining- room, one double bed room, one sleeping room with two single beds, bathroom with shower, are fitted with every kind of comfort (Wi-Fi, independent heating, wall safe, fridge-freezer, oven, microwawe oven, toaster, kettle, TV satellite, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kitchen / kitchenette, kitchenware).
All the apartments have spacious (25/45 mq) and furnished terraces to enjoy the enchanting view of the sea, of the ancient Solunto, of Porticello’s harbour and of the Eolie islands.
In the great garden you will find a barbecue area with a great brickwork table for your open-air dinners, green areas for relaxation, solarium, ping-pong table, bowling green, playing area for children, showers, great and private parking.
The near public beach (not equipped) is at less of 100 mt.
Its strategic position in the middle of many routes of tourist, historical and landscape interest and the CT-ME motorway at a distance of only 3 Km, allow to reach in a short time the most interesting tourist and archaeological places of the island: at 2 Km the ancient Solunto and the baroque country residences of Bagheria, at 15 Km Palermo and Monreale, at 25 Km Cefalù, at 150 Km Agrigento, Segesta, Selinunte, Piazza Armerina, Etna, etc.
At a distance of less 1 Km railway station.
